In it; dissertations of the 1st-2nd-3rd year base doctorates were carried out according to the plan, monitoring articles published in local and international journals according to the established calendar plan, and analytical issues were discussed. All issues were studied and the task of correcting shortcomings and continuing work on the basis of the plan was established.
