A scientific seminar titled
“Modern geological and geophysical methods for the identification of new sandstone-type uranium deposits in the Republic of Uzbekistan”
was held at the H.M. Abdullayev Institute of Geology and Geophysics. The seminar was led by Professor Gerard Fries, chief advisor to the state enterprise Navoiyuran and a renowned French geologist.

🔬 The seminar was attended by the institute’s researchers, young scientists, and geology students. At the end of the session, an interactive Q&A discussion was held.
