A meeting was held at the Abdullaev H.M. Institute of Geology and Geophysics within the framework of the project “Development of integrated methods for sustainable development and adaptation to climate change by ensuring regional cooperation in the assessment of mountain glaciers”, funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF).
The round table was attended by researchers from the Center for Glacial Geology, Project Manager of the Global Environment Facility (GEF) of the UNESCO Regional Office in Almaty Nana Baramidze, project specialist Diana Arifkhanova and GEF project coordinator from the UNESCO National Office in Uzbekistan Kudrathon Bahadirov.
