At the invitation of Professor Ping Shen of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, researchers from the Institute of Geology and Geophysics. Kh.M. Abdullayeva Nurtaev B., Dzhumaniozov D., Kurbanova D. visited the Main Laboratory of Minerals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (IGGKAN) from July 4 to 18, 2023.
During the visit:
It was decided to conduct joint studies of Cu-Au-Zn-Pb mineralization in the Almalyk region of Uzbekistan.

They presented Ping Shen’s scientific lectures on geology and geophysics of Cu-Au-Zn-Pb mineralization in the Almalyk region of Uzbekistan.
As a result of the visit, an agreement was reached on holding regular academic exchanges between researchers from our institute and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
